If I Refuse to Use MS Paint Out of Nostalgia, I Give the SAME Reservations to Adobe Photoshop Too

Back in college, I remember when Adobe Photoshop was introduced to me. I viewed it as the superior software over MS Paint. I remembered using MS Paint because I was stuck with an old Windows 95 PC at that time. I was around 10 years old when I started to get the hang of MS Paint. It was a fun aplication. I was finally drawing. However, it didn't feel that it had all that I wanted. It was bare bones.

I was able to get a new PC and I was able to install Adobe Photoshop! I learned a bit of Adobe Photoshop from multimedia class in a two -year computer course. However, I began self-exploring with Photoshop at my own pace. I thought that it was fabulouso. I could create art with layer by layer effect. It allowed me to do more complex art that MS Paint denied. At that point, it was practically goodbye MS Paint, and I no longer sought to learn more of MS Paint.

However, I got into a rude awakening. I didn't realize that Adobe already had a subscription model. It was really a betrayal! Adobe was a huge part of me! I felt into desperation! I didn't have my old CD and another, it would be a complete failure on my part to subscribe to Adobe. It made me think, "If I refuse to use MS Paint out of nostalgia, the same goes for Adobe Photoshop!"

I had fun with Adobe Photoshop until Adobe went greedy! The subscription model with Creative Cloud is like, totally crazy! It's a good thing I found Affinity Photo. It's not just MS Paint's that's already thrown out despite nostalgia. It's also Adobe Photoshop! If I can ditch MS Paint for Adobe Photoshop, then I can do the same to Adobe Photoshop for Affinity Photo
